My favourite weekday breakfast. Thick and creamy Greek yoghurt, full-fat of course. (Breakfast is no time for compromise, and anyway I find artificially low-fat versions of any foodstuff repellant). Lots of honey, Omani, from a Vimto bottle. Sesame seeds. Crushed walnuts to add some crunch, and also because I like crushing walnuts.
